The entire team at JDM Web Creations has signed and strictly abides by NDA’s(Non-Disclosure Agreement) and Confidentiality clauses. So, any data provided to us is completely safe with us.
Indemnification
Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless JDM Web Creations and its associates regarding use of the website.
Limited Liability
We do our best to help our clients with our service. But we shall not be held liable for any consequential loss, financial or any other which arises from the avail of our services.
Domain / Hosting / SSL’s Renewal
The client is solely responsible for the Domain / Hosting / SSL renewal and JDM Web Creations cannot be held responsible for failure to renew any of them or notify the customer about the same. The client is solely responsible for making the payments annually.
Backups and Data Loss
The client is responsible for any data transferred to us and to maintain the backup of data stored on our servers.
Content
The service we provide must be used only for lawful purposes. The information provided might be examined, recorded, copied and used for authorized purposes. Any material we deal is obscene, illegal, threatening, politically motivating, promotes hatred or violates our policies may be removed from our servers with or without notice.
Payment Terms
There are specific payment terms and conditions provided along with our different packages. The client agrees to obey them, else the client can open themselves for legal action and further penalties.
Cancellations and Refunds
JDM Web Creations must be informed 5 days in advance in case you wish to cancel your services. Promotional prices are not eligible for any refunds or discounts.
